REFUNDS/RETURNS

We do not offer any refunds/returns on any chocolate bouquet or custom- ready made hamper items.


Return & Exchange Information

We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted products and exceptional service. Due to the customised and time-sensitive nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Returns will only be accepted if you receive the product faulty or damaged on delivery. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PERSONALISED PRODUCTS). If you notice the box is damaged, please take a photo of the box unopened and then open the box to show the contents. Send the photos to our email and I will then be able to go to the courier and raise a ticket. You must let me know within 24 hours of receiving the product either on here or via email bossnbond@gmail.com. i will then contact you to either replace the item, offer a discount on your purchase,or issue a refund (if conditions are met)

When ordering: Please ensure all spellings/details are correct, We are only able to print what has been confirmed so work on a copy and paste system to ensure there is no spelling error or mistakes. Due to this we do not offer refunds due to misspellings.

Important Notice Regarding Fonts: Due to the natural variation regarding font styles, there are occasions where names/customs text can appear to merge letters, or where capitalised letters are displayed as large lower-case letters.
If you are uncertain about how your product may appear, please contact us prior to ordering for a 'proof' of the design of your order.

If no proof is requested, no returns,or refunds will be offered for issues regarding font style, and variations.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind purchases. In this instance a store credit will be issued to the total value of your order, less any discounts used.


By purchasing with us you agree to and understand our shipping and returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with you're order it is the consumers obligation to return the item at their own expense in order to receive a store credit minus the shipping cost. 


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

 

Cancellations on gifts 

Chocolate bouquets, Hampers, Customised/ Personalised itemsOnce the order is placed, it can not be cancelled and no product can be exchanged as we don’t allow that.

Cancellations on specificproducts 

Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup date to be eligible for a refund.

Orders canceled after this period may not qualify for a refund due to preparation and material costs incurred.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
