Delivery Information

We’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time.

Kindly note:

•Deliveries are scheduled based on availability and your preferred date.

• We recommend placing your order at least 7 days to ensure availability. During peak seasons, earlier notice is appreciated.


Shipping & Returns: 
As all purchases are made to order we aim to produce and dispatch all orders within, 5-7 working days unless notified otherwise, via the option selected at the checkout. In peak periods or sudden surges customer orders this may be extended to 10-12 working days. While we do not offer next-day delivery/collection we always aim to create and dispatch customer orders as soon as possible.

When your order is dispatched you will receive your order tracking information via the        e-mail address entered at checkout.

We use Royal mail, or DPD for all shipping and such, when services are not operating (E.g. Industrial Action, Public  Holidays, or other events) in days immediately following receipt of your dispatch e-mail, you may experience a short,unexpected delay in receiving your item. While this is outside of our control, we always aim to dispatch and get your item to you as soon as physically possible.

Processing times: We take pride in our work, As a small business I work hard to ensure that all products are sent with precision and finesse. I work hard to get the products printed, designed, hand made , packaged and with you as soon as possible. However i do ask that you allow a 1-2 week wait time on our custom junk cases. essential accessories can take up to 2 weeks. From ordering these allow us to process, hand make and deliver your order. This applies to some printing requests as-well.
